Labor Law Poster
What is a Labor Law Poster?
Labor law posters are the mandated state and federal employment law notices. Employers with at least one employee must post required labor law posters clearly in an area frequented by all employees. Failure to display the correct state and federal employment law notices can result in penalties, fines, and lawsuits.
The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) provides free electronic copies of the required posters. They also offers some of the posters in languages other than English.
