Andrea Berry
Andrea is an Account Manager and Insurance Broker at Fredriksen Health Insurance in Boise, Idaho, a position she has held since 2019. Specializing in group insurance, Andrea works closely with clients and prospects to address all their employee benefits needs.
Outside of her professional role, Andrea enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, traveling, and watching movies, soccer, and football. She also takes great pride in supporting her daughter’s college soccer games.

Eric Fredriksen
Eric Fredriksen is a seasoned leader in the health insurance industry and co-owner of a family-owned agency in Boise, Idaho. With extensive expertise in navigating the complex world of insurance, he is dedicated to helping businesses and individuals secure tailored health insurance and employee benefit plans that meet their unique needs.
In addition to his work in the industry, Eric serves as Board Chair for United Benefit Advisors (UBA)—the largest independent partnership of privately held benefit advisors. In this role, he plays a pivotal part in steering the organization’s mission to deliver innovative, client-focused benefit solutions and set new industry standards.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Eric enjoys the many adventures that the Idaho great outdoors has to offer, embracing all the excitement his home state provides.

Kaleigh Marsh
Kaleigh entered the world of employee benefits in 2017 with a locally owned and operated firm in Little Rock, AR. With a background in data analytics and client management, the change in industry turned out to be a perfect fit! Kaleigh served as the senior client manager for the agency’s large group (51+) accounts for several years. In 2021, the agency merged with Gallagher, and Kaleigh moved to the role of Employee Benefits Consultant tasked with managing a book of business as well as seeking new clients to serve.
Kaleigh is passionate about helping employers build efficient, high-impact benefits strategies. She guides them in making data-driven decisions, deploying the right resources, and staying compliant. Most importantly, she ensures employees understand how to maximize their benefits for everyday needs.
Kaleigh has two sons, two dogs, and two cats with her husband of 13 years. They live in the country and enjoy spending time at home with the animals after busy days filled with work, school, and sports.

Heather Miller
As a dedicated Small Group Account Manager at Gallagher Benefits, Heather specializes in guiding businesses with 10 to 50 employees through the complexities of employee benefits and the HR landscape. With over five years of experience in the insurance industry and a decade in the medical field, she is committed to providing empathetic and compassionate service to her clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with tailored solutions.
Small groups often lack the extensive resources available to larger organizations, making it crucial to approach each client with intuition and creativity. Heather prides herself on anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions that address challenges before they arise. Her goal is to empower small businesses with the tools and insights they need to thrive.
Outside of her professional life, Heather cherishes time spent with her husband of 13 years and their two sons, aged 11 and 6. Together, they enjoy nurturing their garden and caring for a variety of animals, including chickens and goats, with hopes of expanding their little farm in the future by adding some turkeys and pigs.

Shawn Deiter
Shawn Deiter is an Employee Benefits Group Agent at Green Bay Insurance Center. He brings over 17 years of employee benefits experience. He began his career as a Benefit Consultant with a consulting firm based in Illinois before moving to the Green Bay area. Shawn has extensive knowledge of fully insured and self-insured benefit plans with experience in renewal negotiations, insurance carrier operations, implementation process, compliance guidelines, wellness and total reward strategy outlines.
Shawn’s primary focus is providing excellent client service and providing strategic solutions to organizations of all sizes. Shawn believes in developing custom solutions for specific needs and providing unparalleled service, education and expertise for our Green Bay Insurance Center clients.
Shawn is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a business administration degree in Communications and Leadership Studies. He lives in De Pere with his wife and 2 sons. In his free time, Shawn enjoy coaching his sons’ sports teams, hunting, traveling.

Trisha Mueller
Trisha is an Employee Benefits Account Specialist and HR Manager at Green Bay Insurance Center for the past six years. Green Bay Insurance Center has always valued customer service, something that Trisha has embraced wholeheartedly. She works closely with clients, ensuring they understand their insurance benefits. One of Trisha’s core beliefs is that building strong, personal relationships is just as important as providing exceptional service.
Outside of work, Trisha loves spending time with her family, golfing, and exploring the world.

Bud Porter
Bud Porter is a Senior Benefits Consultant with The Benefit Source, Inc. at CorpFinancial, bringing 32 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has built a strong reputation for his consultative approach, helping employers find the best benefit solutions for their employees. His client-first mindset has made him a top producer for multiple carriers and has positioned him as a key contributor in the development of sales distribution strategies.
Bud has cultivated deep relationships with financial advisors and accountants, allowing him to integrate employee benefits into broader financial and tax planning strategies. His ability to collaborate across industries has helped businesses optimize their offerings while ensuring cost-effective, sustainable plans.
In addition to his client work, Bud has served on several advisory committees for major insurance carriers, playing an integral role in product development and new distribution methods. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Mississippi State University and is married, a proud father of two children, and grandfather to three.

Christy Taylor
Christy Taylor is a Senior Benefits Consultant with The Benefit Source, Inc. at CorpFinancial, bringing nearly 30 years of expertise in the employee benefits industry. With a strong background in supplemental insurance, Christy has developed a unique perspective that allows her to craft comprehensive benefits solutions for employers.
Her deep-rooted relationships with property and casualty brokers across the Southeast have enabled her to expand product offerings and leverage buying power to secure better underwriting conditions for clients. Known for her unwavering commitment to customer service, Christy has built lasting relationships with employer groups, earning a stellar reputation and a steady stream of referrals.
Beyond her client work, Christy has served on advisory committees for major insurance carriers, contributing to the development of innovative administrative and distribution strategies that enhance sales and productivity. Christy attended Auburn University at Montgomery, where she studied accounting. She is married and the proud mother of three children and one grandchild.
